Shipping policy
Once your order is placed, we’ll take it from there. Below is everything you need to know about how your Birdie Pack ships.
Order Processing Time
- Standard orders are processed and shipped within 1–3 business days.
- Custom embroidered orders require additional production time and typically ship within 7–10 business days.
- Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day.
During peak travel seasons, holidays, or promotional periods, processing times may be slightly extended. We’ll always keep you informed if that happens.
Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
We currently ship within the United States & Canada using trusted carriers such as USPS, FedEx, and UPS.
- Standard Shipping: Delivery typically takes 3–8 business days, depending on location.
- Need it sooner? Expedited shipping may be available at checkout on select orders or by request at hi@birdiepack.com.
Shipping timelines are estimates and begin once your order has shipped—not when it is placed.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.
Customers are responsible for all shipping charges unless otherwise stated.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow your Birdie Pack every step of the journey.
Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear after receiving your confirmation.
Custom & Pre-Order Items
- Custom embroidered products are made to order and are not eligible for expedited processing.
- Pre-order items will ship according to the timeline noted on the product page at time of purchase.
If your order includes multiple items with different ship dates, items may ship separately.
Shipping Issues & Delays
Once your order leaves our facility, delivery timelines are controlled by the carrier. Birdie Pack is not responsible for delays caused by:
- Weather
- Carrier service disruptions
- Incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses provided at checkout
If a package is marked as delivered but you cannot locate it, please contact the carrier first. If you still need help, reach out to us, and we’ll do our best to assist.
Address Accuracy
Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order.
Birdie Pack is not responsible for packages delayed or lost due to incorrect address information.
