RETURN / EXCHANGE DETAILS

We want you to love your goods. If it’s not quite right, we want to learn why. Feedback is key for a small brand continuing to refine how golfers travel, so please let us know how we can help.

To be eligible for an exchange or return, please contact hi@birdiepack.com within 14 days of receiving your item. Returned items must be in the same condition as received, unused, unworn, with all tags attached and in original packaging, including all inserts and packing materials. Please include your receipt or proof of purchase so we can match the return to your order.

Please note that headwear (including hats), water bottles, and custom embellished or embroidered items are final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange.


PRODUCT USE & COMPATIBILITY

Birdie Pack is designed to streamline packing, but results will vary based on the items you bring, how you fold, and your individual travel setup. We do not guarantee that any specific packed weight will be achieved.

While Birdie Pack is designed to work with most common golf travel and carry setups, we cannot guarantee compatibility with every golf bag, travel cover, club configuration, or accessory setup. Returns requested solely due to packed weight outcomes or compatibility preferences are not eligible for return.

RESTOCKING FEES & RETURN SHIPPING

All approved returns not related to damage, defects, or incorrect items are subject to the following:

  • A 12% restocking fee per item returned, deducted from the refund
  • $15 return shipping label fee per return shipment, deducted from the refund

Returned items must be unused and in original packaging to be eligible for a refund. Items showing signs of use, wear, or missing original packaging may be denied a refund and returned to the sender.

Customers may not provide their own return labels.


RETURN PROCESS

If your return request is approved, we’ll provide a return shipping label along with instructions on how and where to send your package. The 12% restocking fee per item and the $15 return shipping label fee will be deducted from your refund total.

Items sent back without first requesting a return authorization will not be accepted.


DAMAGES AND ISSUES

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

For approved claims involving damaged, defective, or incorrect items:

  • No restocking fee will apply
  • Return shipping will be covered in full

EXCEPTIONS / NON-REFUNDABLE ITEMS

Certain items are not eligible for return or exchange, including:

  • Headwear (including hats)
  • Water bottles
  • Custom or personalized items, including custom embroidered products
  • Sale items
  • Gift cards

All custom embroidered items, headwear, and water bottles are final sale.

Please reach out if you have questions or concerns about a specific item before purchasing.


EXCHANGES

The fastest way to ensure you receive the item you want is to return the original item (if eligible). Once the return is accepted, a new order may be placed separately.


REFUNDS

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 business days of inspection.

For standard returns, refunds reflect the original purchase price minus the 12% restocking fee per item and the $15 return shipping label fee.
For approved damaged, defective, or incorrect items, a full refund will be issued, and return shipping will be covered.

Please note that banks and credit card companies may take an additional 10+ business days to process and post the refund.
